Refund policy
At SLY Home & Living, we take great care in packing and shipping your ceramic pieces securely. Every item is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or you face an issue, we are here to help!
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- Item received is broken or damaged
- Item received is incorrect (wrong product sent)
Since our products are fragile and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Color/texture variation (slight variation is normal in ceramics)
- Incorrect size/measurements ordered by the customer
Time Window
You must raise a return or exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Requirement
To process your request, you must provide:
- Unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened, without any cuts or pauses
- Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
Note: Requests without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives broken:
- We will offer you a free replacement of the same item (if available), OR
- Provide a store credit/refund if the item is out of stock
No additional shipping fee will be charged.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in these cases:
- Item arrives damaged and replacement is not available
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

- Order ID
- Unboxing video
- Photos of the product
- Issue description
