Refund policy

At SLY Home & Living, we take great care in packing and shipping your ceramic pieces securely. Every item is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or you face an issue, we are here to help!

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  1. Item received is broken or damaged
  2. Item received is incorrect (wrong product sent)

Since our products are fragile and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color/texture variation (slight variation is normal in ceramics)
  • Incorrect size/measurements ordered by the customer

Time Window

You must raise a return or exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened, without any cuts or pauses
  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item

Note: Requests without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives broken:

  • We will offer you a free replacement of the same item (if available), OR
  • Provide a store credit/refund if the item is out of stock

No additional shipping fee will be charged.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in these cases:

  • Item arrives damaged and replacement is not available

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Order ID
  2. Unboxing video
  3. Photos of the product
  4. Issue description
